Each ship is fully assembled and packed in a wooden crate.


Styro-foam is used to keep the ship stable inside the frame.

We use nylon cord to secure the ship inside the wooden crate.

If the box is upside down or fall flat down, the ship cannot moved inside. Below is a picture taken when the crate is up side down.

We use plantation wood for the frame. However, shipment often require fumigate before shipping due to individual countries customs requirements. In this case, bugs if any in the wood will be completely killed.
