Setting UP an account:

 

Please contact us to set up an account and start selling today. Please provide the following information:
  1. Contact Information .
2. A copy of Resale Certificate or Business License.
3. Learning about our company and products by ordering 1 item at wholesale price and see for yourself the quality of our products. If you are satisfied with your order, I'm sure that your customers will be also satisfied.

 

Shipping

 

As soon as we receive an order via fax, email or telephone, we will process the order within 2 days. Item will be shipped within 2 business days via DHL or Fedex GROUND (approx. 2-5 business days within 48 states). A tracking number will be provided after we ship out the item. All shipments are FULLY INSURED and We take care of all the claims hassles.  Oversized items may be shipped by Freight, it's recommended to use a business address for freight shipment to save time and money. We will also ship to anywhere in the WORLD via Ocean Freight or Air Freight, please contact us for an exact quote.
If the buyer is in Alaska or Hawaii, or any other part of the world, please contact us for the exact shipping.

 

Packaging: All models are securely packed with foam sheets, peanuts or bubble wraps in a carton box. Besides some of the simple model yachts that have their masts folded flat for shipping purpose, most models are fully assembled and packed in a very secured wooden crate which is boxed and sometimes double box.

 

Returns Policy

 

For damaged or defective items: Report any damage or defectiveness within 7 days of shipment arrival. We will replace or refund the full cost of item when replacement is unavailable. To get a replacement, please simply have your customer return the model (It's your customer's responsibility to return the shipment within 7 days after notify us). For other reasons please contact us to get a return authorization, restocking fees applied. Shipping cost is nonrefundable.

 

How To Order:

 

First time buyer please call us to set up a payment account. Please send all orders to orders@omh1.com together with a packing slip as email attachments. (Click here to download a packing slip sample). Upon receiving your orders, we will process it within 2 business days and email you an invoice with a tracking number. If you don't receive a tracking # within 2 business days, please contact us. The packing slip will be attached to the package so that your customers know what they are receiving and whom to contact should they have any questions.
