Setting UP an account:

 

Please contact us to set up an account and start selling today. Please provide the following information:
  1. Contact Information Retail Number.
2. Tax ID.
3. and a valid credit card.
We will only charge to your account when we ship out an order.

 

Shipping & Insurance

As soon as we receive an order via fax, email or telephone, we will process the order within 2 days. Item will be shipped within 2 business days via DHL or Fedex GROUND (approx. 2-5 business days within 48 states). Item is FULLY INSURED with a tracking number.

We will also ship to anywhere in the WORLD via Ocean Freight or Air Freight, please contact us for an exact quote.
If the buyer is in Alaska or Hawaii, or any other part of the world, please contact us for the exact shipping.

Packing:

All models are securely pack with foam sheets, peanuts or bubble wraps. Most of the items are shipped double boxes. All tall ships expert level are fully assembled and packed in an extremely secure wooden crate which is boxed and double box.

Returns Policy

Report any damage or defectiveness within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will replace or refund the money if no replacement is available. To get a replacement, please simply have your customer return the model (It's your customer's responsibility to return the shipment within 7 days).
